Week #1 - Technique

Welcome to Week #1! This week is by far the most time and learning intensive, so give yourself some time to work through each of the exercises.

These five exercises will remain similar or the same over the weeks, so plan on most upcoming weeks to take far less time.

Make sure to download this week's booklet and exercises sheet. Either print them and put them in your practice binder or download and save to a file in your tablet or computer. You will be looking at them a lot!

Feel free to take notes as you go. Work at your own pace - there is no prize for moving quickly!
